Returns
Returns are accepted only in specific situations to ensure fairness and product integrity. A return request must be raised within 4 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging along with the invoice.
Returns may be approved if a wrong item is delivered or if the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery. As spare parts are vehicle-specific, compatibility issues may occur. Customers are strongly advised to confirm compatibility before placing an order. Refunds for incompatible items, if approved, are limited to the product value only and item must be returned in original condition and packing.
Return requests for reasons not related to defects or incorrect delivery may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and return or handling charges may be deducted. Products that have been installed, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
Note: Repeated or excessive return requests from the same account or address may result in restriction or refusal of future return privileges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or tampered with
Items returned without original packaging, labels, or invoice
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or mishandling after delivery
Items returned after the 4-day return window
Special-order or customized parts, if applicable
Return eligibility is determined after inspection, and the decision shall be final. Returns may be declined if the product shows signs of misuse, part swapping, missing components, or intentional damage.
Refunds
All returned products are subject to inspection once received. The inspection process generally takes 2–3 business days, and customers will be informed about the approval status after inspection.
If approved, refunds are usually initiated within 3–5 business days after inspection. In certain cases, refunds may be initiated within 2 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account depends on the original payment method and bank processing timelines.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. Refunds will only cover the product value, subject to eligibility and inspection.
We recommend that customers verify product compatibility with their vehicle before placing an order.
Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be supported with clear images or videos at the time of delivery or unboxing.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. If approved, return shipping or processing charges may apply.
Replacement
If a wrong or damaged product is received, a return request can be raised. After the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed. For the correct product, a new order may be placed, subject to availability.
Return Pickup & Timeline
Once a return request is approved, pickup is generally arranged within 72 hours, depending on service availability. If the product is sent back using a self-arranged courier, the delivery time will depend on the chosen courier service.
The complete return and refund process may take 10–15 days, including pickup, transit, inspection, and refund initiation.
How to Pack a Return
To ensure smooth processing, returned products must be packed carefully:
Place the product in its original packaging
Clearly mention Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the package and include the original invoice inside the box
If sending the product independently, ensure it is properly sealed and protected to avoid transit damage
Return Address
Customers are requested to contact us through the communication options available on the website to obtain the return address and instructions before returning the product.
